Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management solution, which will grant you total command over your email box accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-handle graphical user interface, you can set up a new email box in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Moreover, you can forward electronic mail messages from one e-mail box to another, finetune e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and shield your email box accounts against spam electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your mailboxes against spam emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable electronic mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming emails on the basis of certain criteria set by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly create a filter for any of your e-mail accounts and select the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mails from one e-mail account to another, or even to a number of other e-mailbox accounts. Just specify the e-mailbox you want to forward messages from, then select the target e-mail box and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your electronic mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you would like to set up on your PC or mobile device and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple mailbox accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to easily create an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
